Comment moderation policy
Clear Blue Water Conservatives is an independent platform to enable Conservatives in Northern Ireland to discuss the pertinent centre-right issues of the day and the policies and direction of the Conservative Party on an equal basis and in an open, transparent and accountable way. It is an open forum and anyone and all are free to contribute by leaving comments.
Debate - by its very definition - requires disagreement. So we will always welcome divergent views and we encourage people to express where they agree and disagree with others.
However, we believe that all comments should seek to add value to the original post. So in order to encourage discussion in an evironment that is welcoming and inclusive for the Conservative-minded, we will remove consistently off-topic remarks and personal or routinely negative attacks on the Conservative Party or other readers. We will immediately remove comments that are deemed to be racist, sexist, homophobic, gratuitous or threatening.
Data protection policy
In accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act, Clear Blue Water Conservatives will not pass on your name or any of your submitted contact details, including your Email address, to any third party; commercial, political, or governmental.
